POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting into the CPO, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition function and be responsible for development and implementation of Talent Acquisition strategy, lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices. The incumbent will lead, manage, mentor, empower and guide the talent acquisition team across geographies
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES / JTBD
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Anticipate needs, forecast staffing shortages, and formulate proactive short and long-term strategies to meet the needs of the organization.
Prepare and review the annual recruitment budget and plan resources to execute against hiring goals.
Build and maintain recruiting policies, procedures, and training processes to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
Oversee all aspects of campus recruitment, including university partnerships, internship programs, and graduate hiring initiatives.
Drive diversity and inclusion efforts within the talent acquisition function, ensuring a diverse candidate pipeline and inclusive hiring practices.
Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Take ownership of leadership hiring processes, including executive search, and building talent pipeline for key roles.
Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
Direct talent acquisition team activities across entire hiring cycle including establishing service level agreements with hiring managers, creating and executing on sourcing strategy, extending employment offers after review with compensation, checking references, background checks, and coordinating new hire onboarding
Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Drive digitization efforts within the talent acquisition function, leveraging technology and analytics to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between talent acquisition and other HR functions, such as talent management and learning and development
Report and manage key TA metrics and indicators.
Manage relationships with appropriate external organizations, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and outsourcing and supplier management in order to meet talent acquisition and workforce hiring goals.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
A strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with the organization's business objectives.
Extensive exposure to global business environments/ global roles/ senior stakeholders
Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and experience implementing D&I initiatives within talent acquisition.
Expertise in talent sourcing, attracting top-tier candidates, and developing a strong talent pipeline by utilizing various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Proficiency in TA digitization tools and platforms, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing software, and data analytics tools
Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
Strong leadership, coaching and team management skills, capable of inspiring and motivating the team to achieve recruitment goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, relationship-building and stake holder management abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, challenge status quo and drive change
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Self-driven, result-oriented, creative leader capable of designing future state delivery to solve complex talent acquisition challenges
QUALIFICATIONS
Female candidates are preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
18+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
Previous experience in Outsourcing Companies is required.
5 years’ work experience of leading a recruitment function responsible for hiring at a large global organization.
