Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Noida. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring client satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and preparing sales reports. The role also involves meeting sales targets and collaborating closely with the marketing team.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in account management or sales
- Ability to understand client needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Experience in the marketing or advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
