Essential Experience


It is expected that the role holder will most likely have the following qualifications and experience

  • 11+ years Technology experience
  • 5+ years’ Experience creating RESTful APIs, Microservices & Miniapps (Java, Springboot, React)
  • Software Delivery technical skills such as CI/CD, Automated Deployments, Automated Testing, Build Servers, Software/ Source Code Configuration Management.
  • Cloud development and Deployment experience (AWS/Azure) & platform CI/CD automation tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, DB Management)
  • Workflow tools such as Rally


Key Accountabilities


  • Lead design, build and development of platforms (API's, Microservices and Miniapps) on cloud and containerised architecture
  • Shape, Design, Develop, Support & Implement Software Delivery in alignment with the roadmap
  • Develop quality code, unit and integration tests.
  • Provide technical leadership across technology choices and lead and mentor implementation of these best practices
  • Provide leadership for building secure workloads collaborate with team members on security best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet product roadmap and user needs
  • Coaching & mentor team to uplift skills and knowledge
