Role: US Non-IT Recruiter
Location: Jubilee hills, Hyderabad
Shift timings: US Shift - 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST
Roles and Responsibilities
Review the job description, understand the requirements of the clients and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the requirement.
Source profiles from various job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed and other social network sources.
Headhunting, references, Social media recruiting, and internal database.
Build strong candidate relationship & credibility to leverage their trust for getting referrals.
Candidates should have excellent communication skill
Submitting candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration.
Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client’s needs and requirements
Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, and reference checking.
Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.
Requirement:
1-3+ years of Experience required
Strong Eye for details to understand the role and Job Description.
Go getter with street smart attitude.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Should be willing to learn New skills, technology and process.
Negotiation & Convincing Skills
Proficiency with MS Office
Organization/Coordination Skills
Relationship Management skills
Learning Agility
Schedule:
Fixed shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend Off
Night shift
