Designation: US Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Masab Tank, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Exp: Min 4+years

Shift: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Position: 03


Roles and Responsibilities: -


  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients and Implementation partners.
  • Thoroughly understand and work on the client's requirements and fulfil them through various sources like job portals, references, headhunting, networking sites.
  • Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.
  • Should have Working experience with job sites Dice, Monster, Career builder, Job diva etc.
  • Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, and referrals.
  • Must have good working exposures with Randstad.

· Identifying candidates using Boolean search on Dice, Monster, indeed, CB and LinkedIn Sourcing, screening and evaluating candidates for the job requirements from multiple location for USA.

  • Negotiating contract terms and benefits by taking ownership of profitability.
  • Must pay attention to maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Should be able to work in an aggressive environment.


What we are looking for: -

  • Min 4+ years of a proven track record in Non-IT Staffing in US market.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Good understanding of non-IT terminology and US staffing industry.
  • Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required.
  • Should have strong personal and professional ethics.
