How will you make an impact in this role ? We are seeking a passionate and skilled Sr. Product Designer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting exceptional user experiences for Gnani’s diverse suite of AI products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and user-centric designs that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:· Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping.· Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.· Proficiency in Figma: Prior experience in working with components, creating design systems, and maintaining consistency across multiple templates.· Maintain and contribute to Gnani’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.· UX/UI Expertise: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and best practices for interactive templates and activities.· Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging visual experiences that align with educational goals.· Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams, including content developers and product managers.· Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and an ability to work on multiple projects

What we’re looking for?· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.· 4 to 8 years of proven experience in product design, with a strong focus on both UX and visual design.· A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems and create stunning user interfaces.· Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.· Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.· Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.· A user-first mindset and a passion for creating delightful experiences that make an impact.· PMing experience is a bonus.
