Ishan has been a known name in SME & Enterprise accounts as well do to a varied converged portfolio and efficient solutions ranging across from Physical to Application layers.Job Description :Ensuring that the appropriate records are generated, monitored correctly and appear correctly on end customer billingPerforming regular reconciliation and analysis of revenue streams. Documenting revenue flows across critical functions and monitors the same.Managing any issue that potentially impacts revenues, from identification through to quantification through to resolutionDeveloping an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.Speaking to the business across Sales, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.Measuring and tracking KPIs and outcomes against standards, while planning and taking corrective action where requiredEnsure the ageing is not increasedWe are seeking candidates with following qualifications and experience: · Any graduate with MBA In Finance in preferable·

6 – 8 years of experience required.An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.Experience of industry fraud risks and issues that can arise from billing.A sound understanding of the technical infrastructure within a telecoms company, including network components, billing, mediation, CRM, and provisioning.Good knowledge of tools to process and reconcile data, such as Excel pivot tables.Position Budget:- 4.80 lacs per annum - 5.50 lacs per annum
