Job Purpose

Managing the IFCFR compliance (including monitoring and testing of controls) for the SSC location

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Process walkthrough with process Leads/ Owners to assess risks and controls to mitigate risks. Compilation and drafting of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) Documentation of process flows and narratives for agreed risk control matrix. Conducting design effective assessment and operating effectiveness assessments of controls (including year-end control testing). Coordination with process owners at SSC for walkthrough, control sample & control testing by statutory auditors. Tracking and closure of audit observations raised by the statutory Auditors Planning and monitoring of CSA through GRC PC module of SAP Governance over Control Self-Assessment (CSA) through online GRC PC tool and ICFR tool to give assurance to the leadership team on existence and operating effectiveness of controls. Imparting training to users to perform online CSA. Support User Access issues in SAP GRC and resolution of the same Quality Analysis of evidences submitted as part of SSC CSA performance Reporting status of the testing to the management and appropriate stakeholders.
