Job Description
Acentra Health is looking for young and enthusiastic minds to work in our HR team as an Intern. The role has potential to become full time based on individual’s performance and business requirement.
During the internship you will get to work with our HR leaders and learn from our top notch recruiting and operation team. Learn how to find and hire top talent for the organization, policy creation, data analytics, reporting and so on
What you will do?
Be part of our culture champion and engage with HR leaders.
Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to HR operations.
Communicate the results of the analysis to the HR Leaders.
You will work independently driving projects.
You will be identifying new technologies and techniques that can be used to improve specific segments within HR.
Who you are
BA (English)/BBA/BSc graduate with MBA in HR.
Highly creative, thinking ability, strong presentation skills along with strong communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Candidates should be a team player, have a keen eye for detail.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
