Roles Description
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for building and implementing HR processes, policies, and systems that support our fast-growing organization. Your role will be crucial in creating a strong HR foundation that aligns with our business goals, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, you will provide support in talent acquisition activities as needed. As we embark on our growth journey, we are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to establish and manage HR processes and operations from the ground up. This role requires someone with a strong foundation in HR operations and processes, along with a basic understanding of talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage HR processes and systems, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a healthy workplace culture and support business objectives.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and coordination of interviews, to ensure we attract top talent.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
• Develop and manage performance appraisal systems, providing tools and guidance to managers to support employee development.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
• Track key HR metrics and prepare regular reports to inform leadership of HR-related performance and trends.
• Work closely with leadership to foster a strong company culture that aligns with our mission, vision, and values.
Skills and Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with at least 4 years in a senior role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
• Basic understanding of talent acquisition processes, with a willingness to support recruitment activities as needed.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, with a keen interest in leveraging technology to streamline HR processes.
