Position Overview : 


As a WordPress Developer with ReactJS experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality, responsive websites and web applications. You will work closely with our design and development teams to ensure that client projects are completed on time and to specification. You’ll also play a key role in integrating modern ReactJS components into WordPress themes, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless user experiences. 


Key Responsibilities : 


  • Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch based on client requirements. 
  • Integrate ReactJS components and web applications into WordPress websites to enhance front-end functionality. 
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement visually stunning, user-friendly websites. 
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices. 
  • Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and security. 
  • Manage website updates, troubleshooting issues, and performing maintenance tasks. 
  • Work with REST APIs to integrate WordPress sites with third-party applications. 
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of WordPress sites. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest web development trends and WordPress/ReactJS best practices. 
  • Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team discussions. 


Required Skills & Qualifications : 

  • Proven experience as a WordPress developer with a strong portfolio of previous projects. 
  • Strong understanding of ReactJS and its ecosystem, including hooks, context, and state management. 
  • Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and jQuery . 
  • Experience with PHP , MySQL , and WordPress-specific functions and APIs. 
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services with WordPress. 
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development. 
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git . 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. 
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for WordPress sites. 
  • Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Gulp, etc.) and task runners for efficient development workflows. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment. 
  • Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques. 


Preferred Qualifications : 

  • Experience with headless WordPress or WordPress as a CMS combined with ReactJS. 
  • Knowledge of GraphQL . 
  • Experience with Node.js and server-side rendering (SSR) in ReactJS. 
  • Familiarity with WooCommerce and eCommerce development. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms and hosting services (e.g., AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
