A Nursing Tutor & college faculty you will plays a crucial role in the education and training of aspiring nurses, providing support, guidance, and instruction throughout their academic journey.

Job Summary:

As a Nursing Tutor, you will be responsible for facilitating the learning process of nursing students, ensuring they acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and competencies to excel in their academic and clinical endeavors. You will work closely with students, faculty members, and clinical instructors to deliver comprehensive educational support and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Support: Provide individualized and group tutoring sessions to nursing students on various subjects including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, pediatric, nursing theory, and clinical skills.
2. Curriculum Development: Assist in the development and refinement of course materials, lesson plans, and educational resources to enhance the learning experience of students.
3. Assessment and Evaluation: Administer and evaluate diagnostic assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized learning plans for students. Provide constructive feedback on assignments, exams, and clinical performance.
4. Clinical Skills Development: Demonstrate and facilitate the development of essential clinical skills such as patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, and therapeutic communication.
5. Technological Integration: Utilize educational technology and online learning platforms effectively to supplement classroom instruction and enhance student engagement.
6. Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends, best practices, and advancements in nursing education and incorporate them into teaching strategies.
7. Student Support: Offer academic advising, mentoring, and counseling to students to promote their academic success, personal growth, and professional development.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate with faculty members, clinical instructors, and other stakeholders to coordinate educational activities, clinical placements, and student assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience in nursing education (1 to 5 Years).
• Strong clinical background with expertise in a variety of nursing specialties.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and online learning platforms.
