**Job Title: OET Trainer**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver OET preparation courses, workshops, and individual tutoring sessions to prepare students for the OET exam.
- Assess students' English language proficiency levels and customize lesson plans and teaching materials to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Teach all four language skills tested in the OET exam: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking, with a focus on healthcare-related topics and scenarios.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills and performance on practice exams and mock assessments.
- Administer and score practice tests and assessments to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in the OET exam format, content, and scoring criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance, and communicate regularly with students and their sponsors or employers.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to share best practices, develop teaching resources, and enhance the effectiveness of the OET preparation program.
- Participate in professional development activities, such as workshops, conferences, and webinars, to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of English language teaching methodologies.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all interactions with students, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, linguistics, education, or a related field.
- Certification in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages), TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), or CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) preferred.
- Previous experience teaching English language proficiency exams, such as the OET, IELTS, or TOEFL, is highly desirable.
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and cultural nuances, particularly in healthcare contexts.
- Strong understanding of the OET exam format, content, and scoring criteria.
- Proven ability to develop engaging and effective lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Patient, supportive, and empathetic approach to teaching, with a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying student learning styles, preferences, and needs.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development in the field of English language teaching and assessment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
