Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will work across the entire application stack, leveraging your expertise in React.js and Node.js to build high-quality, scalable, and responsive web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Development: Develop and maintain web applications using React.js . Create reusable components, integrate RESTful APIs, and optimize for performance and user experience.
  • Backend Development: Design and implement robust server-side logic using Node.js . Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers to implement UI/UX designs and collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.
  • Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices. Ensure code quality with version control (Git) and participate in code reviews .
  • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or Chai. Write test cases to ensure quality and stability.
  • Deployment & Monitoring: Deploy applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automate deployment pipelines using tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Monitor and optimize application performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation for front-end and back-end codebases to facilitate understanding and maintenance.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, particularly with React.js , Node.js , and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js and Node.js .
  • Proficiency in React.js ecosystem, including tools like React Router, Redux, Webpack, and Babel.
  • Strong knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js .
  • Expertise in front-end technologies: HTML5 , CSS3 , and JavaScript ES6+ .
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Experience with databases like MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or MySQL .
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with asynchronous programming (Promises , async/await ).
  • Understanding of application security and performance optimization best practices.
  • Experience deploying applications to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with TypeScript for both React and Node.js applications.
  • Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes .
  • Familiarity with GraphQL as an alternative to REST APIs.
  • Expertise with state management libraries like Redux or Context API .
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless technologies (e.g., AWS Lambda).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and close collaboration with designers.
  • Testing experience using frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
