Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 2 years of experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.
  • Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications on both the client and server sides.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues and implement improvements.
  • Manage databases (MongoDB) for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of deployment and hosting strategies (e.g., AWS, Heroku, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with TypeScript, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
