About the job

Responsibilities

  • Proficient in design and architecture of SAP-SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with Customer's Tender specification and requirements.
  • Hands-on to draw high level design flow diagram and to articulate the write-ups for Solution proposal for SuccessFactors Modules mentioned above.
  • Conduct Transformation study from ECC 6.0 and other HCM ERPs. Provide technical assessments and propose innovative solutions to the Business needs and to provide custom solutions where necessary.
  • Develop the overall SAP landscape roadmap, considering current and future business needs, technology advancements, and industry trends.
  • Develop the solution architecture that aligns with the IT Strategy roadmap for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on SAP SF-related topics, including system integration, data management, performance optimization, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.
  • Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for SAP SF development, customization, and integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SF technologies, tools, and methodologies, and evaluate the potential benefits for the organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales team, Customers operations teams to ensure right solutions and estimates.
  • Cooperation with global and Internal SuccessFactors teams

Experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 20+ years of professional experience in SuccessFactors and HCM Domain area
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors software development and architecture
  • Experience in communication when it comes to provide complex information with diplomatic tact as part of cooperation with various internal and external customers
  • Proven experience as an SAP Architect or a similar role, with a deep understanding of SAP-HCM modules, components, and architecture.
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions SAP SuccessFactors including SAP Cloud Platform and BTP. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules of

  • Knowledge of working tools such as SAP Transformation Navigator, SAP Value Lifecycle Management, SAP Signavio Process Modeler and mind map
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
