Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications using Java (Spring, Hibernate, or related frameworks) and React. You will work within an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' : - Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. - Utilize Java (Spring, Hibernate, or related frameworks) to build robust and scalable back-end services. - Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React (React Hooks, JSX, Redux, etc.). - Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. - Work with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) to manage and manipulate data. - Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices-based architectures. - Utilize Git for version control and collaborate with team members on code reviews. - Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and follow Agile development practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Create and maintain technical Skills and Experience : - 7-15 years of professional software development experience. - 3-5 years of experience in Java (Spring, Hibernate, or related frameworks). - 1-2 years of experience with React (React Hooks, JSX, Redux, etc.). - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, client-server architecture, and microservices. - Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Solid understanding of software development best practices, agile methodologies, and version control. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. - Experience with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
