As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will:

  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Django/Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Build robust, secure, and efficient back-end services using Django and Python, integrating seamlessly with scalable front-end solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize end-to-end features.
  • Create and maintain databases, queries, and data models using PostgreSQL for efficient data handling.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability across the stack.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in both frontend and backend development and implement them effectively.
  • Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely delivery of quality work.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For:

Technical Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Django/Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Proven experience in developing RESTful APIs and back-end services using Django.
  • Strong understanding of modern web development practices, including SSR, SSG, and client-server architecture.
  • Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries and managing databases.

Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Ability to independently drive full-stack projects and solve complex technical challenges.
  • Practical, common-sense approach to debugging and troubleshooting.

Adaptability and Ownership:

  • Proven experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering results.

Awareness:

  • Familiarity with developer tools, libraries, and frameworks that enhance productivity across the stack.
  • Awareness of the latest updates in React, Next.js, Django, and PostgreSQL.

Bonus:

  • Experience with SaaS platforms or multi-tenant applications.
  • Contribution to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
