We are looking for a

Part-Time

Senior Software Engineer who will Manage a team of 20 Developers and our Projects. The Aim is to provide Full-time opportunity down the line if the Collaboration works.

We require a Service of around

3 - 4 Hours Per Day

which shall include:Plan and Strategies the Projects, Velocity and ResourceAllocate the Project to different Teams and get the work DoneGuide and Mentor the Developers to Complete the Project on timeHelp the Developers to Strategies and provide Hand holding when neededReview the Flow and CodesEnsure High-Quality Delivery of the Project.3 + Years of Experience in MERN Tech Stack is a MustTotal 5+ Years of Experience is MustTotal 3+ Years of Experience as a Lead is Must.

This Part-time Arrangement is made initially to check the Compatibility of the Resource with the Company and After 3 Months, the Position can be converted to a Full Time Arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient software solutions using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, architecture, and technical specifications.Ensure the quality of code through code reviews, automated testing, and best practices in software development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of applications.Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 -10 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 years in a lead or senior role.Proven expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Python.Knowledge and experience in AI/ML technologies are a significant plus.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of leading successful software development projects.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.Proficient in front-end and back-end development, with a deep understanding of web technologies and frameworks.Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is desirable.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.High level of self-motivation and a passion for learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Location:Must Relocate to Bhubaneswar, if Required.
