About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Human Resources and Administration to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, Pune, Mahabaleshwar, Igatpuri, New Bombay (Uran), Palghar, or other locations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative tasks, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR and administrative tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee relations and drive business results.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management, employee relations, and policy compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is an asset.
