Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the marketGenerate leads and identify potential customers for the companyContact and qualify potential customers - Utilize cold calls, , Email and other messaging apps to generate new qualified sales opportunitiesGenerate interest & identify potential needs of customers in order to qualify them for salesSet up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executivesTrack progress towards meeting sales goalsCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targetsUse customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activitiesProvide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targetsStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) softwareAbility to build and maintain relationships with potential clientsKnowledge of sales techniques and strategiesTime management and organizational skillsFlexibility and adaptability to changeA desire to learn and grow in the sales fieldDrive to try new ideas to improve sales process and attainment of resultsPrevious experience of selling SaaS products would be a plus
