As a Sales Representative for our B2B/B2G business, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving revenue growth by selling our products/services to other businesses and government entities. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities within the B2B/B2G sector.
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients, their industries, and specific needs to customize sales presentations and proposals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to key decision-makers, highlighting their value proposition and addressing any objections or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support in delivering the right solutions to clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and discounts within established guidelines to maximize sales revenue and profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively position our offerings and stay ahead in the market.
- Build and cultivate long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on relevant industry regulations and government procurement processes to effectively navigate B2G sales opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Comfortable For Travel In All Over India For Sales Purposes.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in B2B/B2G sales.
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2G sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at various levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
- Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and government procurement processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
