Title: Quantitative Trader


Job Description:


As a Quantitative Trader, you will be a key member of our dynamic trading team, leveraging cutting-edge technology and quantitative strategies to trade a variety of financial products. This role requires a blend of trading acumen, innovative research, and technical skills.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement algorithmic trading strategies to maximize profitability in commodities, futures, options, and currency markets.
  • Conduct quantitative research and analysis to identify market inefficiencies and potential trading opportunities.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers and analysts to refine trading models and algorithms.
  • Manage and optimize the execution of trades, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and minimizing market impact.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of trading strategies and make adjustments as needed to improve returns and manage risk.
  • Stay updated with market developments and continuously seek new areas for growth and expansion, including international markets.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quantitative trading, particularly in options, futures, and commodities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, C++, or Java.
  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with machine learning and AI in financial modeling.
  • Knowledge of global market dynamics and foreign portfolio investments.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance regulations.
