Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the packing team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure that food items are packed according to customer specifications and safety standards.
  • Ensure proper labeling and packaging of orders for delivery.
  • Conduct quality checks on the packaging materials and ensure proper hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are ready for packing on time.
  • Ensure the correct order quantities and items are packed.
  • Handle inventory of packaging materials and place orders when needed.
  • Maintain records of daily packing activities and report any issues to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Previous experience in food packing or food safety is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging standards and hygiene practices in the food industry.
