Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Kapurthala. The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and launch of new products, managing product lifecycle, conducting market research, and analyzing customer needs. The role involves coordinating with various departments, strategizing product positioning, and ensuring product quality and performance. Additionally, the Product Manager will regularly monitor market trends and competitor activities to make informed decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Product Management, Product Development, and Project Management
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Market Analysis, and Customer Requirement Analysis
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
  • Technical knowledge in Electrical Products and Electrical Engineering
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
  • Experience in the electrical manufacturing industry.
