Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers within assigned territories.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess comprehensive knowledge of jewelry styles, materials (metals, gemstones), pricing, and current trends.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Transaction Management: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
  • Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Post-Sale Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or visits to ensure customer satisfaction and promote loyalty.
  • Record Keeping: Prepare sales reports, maintain detailed sales records, and manage customer information.
  • Promotional Activities: Participate in sales events and promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on current jewelry trends, new product arrivals, and industry news.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in sales training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
