Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and passionate Admission Counsellors to join our Gurgaon-based team. If you enjoy guiding students through life-changing decisions, have excellent communication skills, and want to be part of a vibrant, growth-oriented team-this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities
:


• Guide prospective students and parents through the entire admission journey.


• Conduct impactful one-on-one counselling sessions via phone and video calls.


• Manage incoming leads, follow-ups, and student information through the CRM system.


• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve outreach and student acquisition strategies.


• Represent MRM at educational fairs, seminars, and other outreach events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


• 1–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, or student support
(Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.


• Passionate about education and genuinely interested in helping students make informed decisions.


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
