Job Title: IT Sales Executive - B2B Lead Generation
Location: Andheri (Marol), Mumbai
Working Days: 5 Days | Day Shift

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional with proven experience in IT Sales, B2B lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate should be able to identify potential clients, generate leads, and schedule appointments with decision-makers to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT solutions/services.
  • Set up meetings/appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead database and pipeline on CRM tools.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 0.6 months - 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in cold calling and appointment setting.
  • Ability to understand IT solutions and explain value propositions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
