Role Description

The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems in various construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of MEP systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
  • Minimum of (X) years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, design principles, and industry standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale MEP projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit).
