Responsibilities:Maintaining production logs/inventory/waste reports/back of the house production listPreparation of duty roaster/training Staff/holding staff accountable for production execution as per the company standardAble to develop, designs, or creates new ideas, menus and items for Pastry Kitchen and engage the interest of customersCheck quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cookingReport all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediatelyMust possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectivelyEnsure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standardsShould interact with the guests to know the GSI and work accordingly
