About the Role
This internship offers exposure to multiple HR functions ranging from Compensation & Benefits to Learning & Development and Culture & Engagement, giving you hands-on experience in both strategic and operational HR.
Key Learning Areas & Responsibilities:
- Compensation & Benefits – building compensation frameworks, insurance policy analysis
- Learning & Development – Peer & Spot Recognition Program, New Manager Handbook & Training Design, HRBP Handbook, GPTW readiness projects
- Culture & Engagement – Contribute to engagement initiatives and analyze employee feedback
What We're Looking For
- Passion for HR, people, and workplace culture
- Eagerness to learn and take ownership of projects
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately
Qualifications
- Recent graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, or related fields
- Prior internship experience in HR preferred, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and coordination skills
This is not a typical back-office internship — you'll be directly involved in impactful HR projects, and contribute to the success of a fast-growing global firm.
