The Role:

As the Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be a key driver of our project's growth. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies, generating and nurturing leads, and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. You'll also be instrumental in our marketing efforts, promoting the project across various channels and building strong relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales:

  • Proactively generate new leads through networking, cold calls, and industry events.

  • Conduct engaging site visits and presentations to showcase the project's features and benefits.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all documentation is handled accurately and efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

  • Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective campaigns (digital, print, social media).

  • Manage the project's online presence, including website and social media profiles.
  • Organize and participate in open houses and property exhibitions to boost project visibility.
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

  • Provide seamless post-sales support to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
  • Address all client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in real estate sales or a similar field in the luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Nellore real estate market and sales principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Telugu is highly desirable.
