Position Overview:
EC Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring the successful execution of projects, and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to drive performance and professional growth.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, analytics and content marketing.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop tailored strategies, and deliver effective solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries and concerns, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work within scope.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital marketing offerings and deliver innovative solutions.
Take ownership of problem-solving, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in digital marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members at all levels.
Strong project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
Creative thinker with a proactive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and ability to think outside the box to solve problems and drive innovation.
