Full Stack Developer – AI

Numerize is transforming accounting for restaurants with AI-powered automation, and we’re looking for a technically strong full stack developer to build intelligent AI systems, scalable applications, and transformative products. You’ll work closely with CXOs and founders, taking ownership of core features while integrating cutting-edge AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development- Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and related frameworks.- Build multi-agent systems with complex workflows, tool integration, and decision-making capabilities.- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems and knowledge bases.- Create conversational AI interfaces with memory, context management, and multi-turn interactions.- Integrate various LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) into agent architectures.Full Stack Development- Develop responsive web applications with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).- Build robust backend APIs and microservices using Python (FastAPI, Django) or Node.js.- Design and implement SQL/NoSQL databases for storing conversation history, user data, and agent knowledge.- Create real-time communication systems using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).System Integration & Optimization- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services.- Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations for AI workflows.- Build monitoring and logging systems for agent performance and user interactions.- Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of AI-powered applications.Technical RequirementsFrontend: React.js, Vue.js, Angular, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS/styled-componentsBackend: Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask) or Node.js/Express, REST/GraphQL, microservicesDatabases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)AI/ML Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models), RAG systems, embeddings, memory managementCloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelinesWhat We’re Looking For- 1–3 years full stack development experience or exceptional internship projects- Hands-on AI/ML development experience (LLM integration, agent systems)- Ownership mindset & problem-solving approach- Passion for F&B tech and building impactful AI products- Collaborative mindset to work directly with founders and CXOsBonus Skills- Experience with additional agent frameworks (AutoGPT, CrewAI, Haystack)- Fine-tuning and training custom models- Streaming responses and real-time AI interactions- AI safety, content filtering, and responsible AI practices- Knowledge of knowledge graphs, NLP research, and MLOpsWhy Join Numerize:- Direct mentorship from CXOs and founders- Build core product features and shape the future of F&B accounting- Exposure to cutting-edge AI/ML and agent technologies- Fast career progression in a high-growth environment- Competitive compensationReady to build the future of F&B accounting with AI agents?
