Job DutiesThe Ceridian Dayforce Implementation Consultant will own the following responsibilities:

Acts as a trusted advisor to external clients and BDO project teams in implementing Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions including Talent & Benefits Intelligence, Workforce Management (WFM) HR, Advanced HR Analytics, or PayrollLeads all phases of the Dayforce implementation including Discovery, Configuration, Testing, Go-live and Post Go-LiveConduct requirement analysis and process reviews to understand client requirements, documents, & validates client functional requirements, mapping to Dayforce functionality and customize the Dayforce solution accordingly.Configure the Dayforce system to meet client needs, including setup of payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and other HR modules.Provides internal status updates, noting issues/risks with recommended resolution to Green.Implements Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce features, updates, and best practices.Trains client staff for them to capably perform day-to-day activities.Manages multiple client/project engagements simultaneously.Identifies best practices/lessons learned & document/share internally & with Ceridian.Completes new release training as needed & be our expert on Ceridian Dayforce.Other duties as required.Working Environment: RemoteWorking Hours: Night Shift

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

EducationB.Tech/ MCA/ MBA IT from an accredited university, required;

ExperienceFour (4) or more years of industry experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. requiredThree (3) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application education or experience, required.Two (2) or more years of Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience, required.Experience with common Payroll and Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices, preferred.Prior work experience working with US based clients, required.Client facing consulting experience, preferred.

License(s)/Certification(s)Ceridian Dayforce certification, preferred.

Experience with one or more of the following Ceridian Dayforce solutions required:Talent IntelligenceHuman Resources (HR)Benefits IntelligenceWorkforce Management (WFM)Advanced HR AnalyticsPayroll

Other Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.Business process mapping experience.Experience Leading and facilitating client workshops and sessions.Experience engaging with clients on multiple implementations at the same time.Experience with Change Management.Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required.Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills, preferred.Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment.
