ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. 
  • Customize CRM workflows, plugins, and modules to meet specific business requirements. 
  • Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise applications and data sources. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Ensure thorough unit, integration, and system testing of deliverables. 
  • Working with business stakeholders and recommend solutions. 
  • Leading/Managing team of Dynamics 365 developers. 
  • Strong experience with power apps, model, canvas apps, power pages.  
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team. 
  • Oversee technical aspects of projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. 


REQUIRED TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS (in order of level of need)  

 

  • 7 to 9 years of experience in Dynamics CRM/Power Platform Development  
  • Need to have: Power platform development constructs like plugins, JavaScript and CRM APIs, C Sharp, JavaScript, SQL, web services  
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with Power Portals  
  • Experience with integration frameworks using Azure Logic apps, Azure functions, etc 
  • Good to have: SQL Server Integration Services 
  • Should have strong documentation skills and strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle best practices 
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication presentation and organization skills with ability to communicate effectively across multiple IT team disciplines
