Strong business and HR acumen ( strong HRBP knowledge), including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of stakeholder management Experience in a fast paced, full life cycle HR Business Partnering, generalist environment with a rapidly growing company (IT Services/ Product Software Companies) Experience in working with senior business leaders & with partners in specialist HR functions Experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders Relationship management capabilities Maturity in dealing with complex situations, changes, and requirements and comfortable operating in and make decisions in ambiguous settings Minimum 8 years of work experience as an HRBP
