Job Purpose:
Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic. Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels. Must provide market intelligence measuring market-specific metrics and analyses on market size, market share, and industry trends for product/services/solutions to support marketing and sales planning and development.
Key Elements of the Role:
· Overlook all paid marketing campaigns and improve efficiency, quality and performance. Each source needs to be tracked and checked for performance.
· Industry Tie- ups and relationship building activities.
· Co-ordinate with web developers to update website which includes design and content. All events, news and highlights need to be updated on the website under relevant sections and pages.
· Blogs on real time basis.
· Social media management i.e., FB, IG, YouTube, , Google business page etc. needs to update on regular basis with videos and images.
· Strategies Drip Email marketing for procured databases.
· Plan, Market and execute open Day, Design Fest and other offline events across Bangalore and other cities.
· Marketing Automation i,e taking advantage of CRM to the full extent from a Brand management perspective.
· Online Design competitions launch, promote and build data for the admissions team to nurture.
· Conduct and moderate Designs webinars.
· Advertisement in events, mall activations, etc to promote engagement and increase footfalls to business.
· Engaging in offline marketing - non-digital marketing and advertising activity that increases brand awareness and customer acquisition
Key Results and outcomes expected from the role :
Essential: Must have worked for a women SPA before. Strong leadership and personal presence, able to demonstrate focus, energy and tenacity in the pursuit of results. Self-motivated and able to motivate, influence and inspire others.
Educational Qualification: Graduate, Degree or Diploma in beauty course
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Ayurved spa/spa and salon/skin care exclusively for women.
