Service Now Technical ArchitectLocation: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, PuneExperience: 12+ Years overall IT experience with strong Service Now expertiseAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Service Now Technical Architect who can design, lead, and deliver scalable Service Now solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM modules. This role requires deep technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive end-to-end Service Now implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and implementation of Service Now solutions across ITOM, HRSD, and ITAM.Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.Design and optimize CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management (ITOM).Implement HR Service Delivery processes, workflows, and employee experience portals.Architect and oversee IT Asset Management (Hardware & Software) lifecycle solutions.Lead integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, etc.Provide technical leadership to developers and ensure solution scalability.Participate in governance, code reviews, and platform upgrades.Required Skills & Experience10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Service Now.Proven expertise as a Service Now Technical Architect in large-scale implementations.Strong hands-on experience in ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt.), HRSD, and ITAM.Proficiency in Service Now scripting (Java Script, Glide API, Flow Designer).Deep understanding of ITIL processes and alignment with Service Now capabilities.Experience in system integrations and enterprise architecture.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
