What you’ll be driving: • Own end-to-end recruitment — from campus drives to senior hires • Lead performance, KRA, and incentive systems (we use Keka) • Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals • Design training, shape culture, and support event planning • Be the go-to person for both people and process • Work closely with leadership on people strategy, structure, and scale???? Who we’re looking for: • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department • You’ve worked with Keka or a similar HRMS • Fluent in English & Hindi — both on paper and in-person and text • You believe in systems and people • Based in Prayagraj or open to relocating????
