Position: Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager at Kundan Spaces, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives. With a focus on real estate marketing, you will lead a team of marketing professionals, ensuring cohesive execution of campaigns while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential in fostering relationships with stakeholders and effectively conveying our brand message to the target audience.

Roles / Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Kundan Spaces' real estate projects, aligning with business objectives and market trends.2. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns.3. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to maximize reach and engagement.4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and optimize marketing initiatives.5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and development, to align marketing efforts with project timelines and objectives.6. Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all touchpoints.7. Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels, to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.8. Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing strategies and enhance ROI.9. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support the execution of marketing initiatives.10. Facilitate effective coordination between the marketing team and relevant directors or stakeholders, ensuring alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives11. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2. 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution and team management.3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.6. Strategic thinker with analytical acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.7. Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.8. Knowledge of AI to enhance marketing campaigns through advanced data analysis, trend prediction, and personalized messaging is desirable.
