India Plant IT Reserve Manager

This role is an
IT Reserve Manager assigned to our new India plant
,
reporting directly to the Headquarters Infra Manager in Taiwan
. Responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring stable operations of plant-level computers, servers, and network systems.
  2. Planning and executing cybersecurity measures (antivirus, firewall, vulnerability scanning, and remediation).
  3. Supporting and maintaining ERP, MES, BPM, and PBX systems, including user training.
  4. Managing databases, servers, and backup systems to ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) to deliver IT solutions.
  6. Driving IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system enhancements aligned with HQ strategy.

  7. Executing assignments from HQ leadership while proactively planning and managing daily IT operations.

  8. Career Path

    core IT leader of the India plant
    and play a key role in regional IT governance.
