Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business, gather requirements, and oversee projects from beginning to end.Document requirements. Develop and define project roadmaps. Write user stories.Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Salesforce CPQ implementation.In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ functionalities, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.Strong understanding of sales and revenue process within the context of CPQ.Facilitate business solutions. Manage Salesforce projects. Create and deliver business presentations.Manage and analyse Salesforce implementations and Apply frameworks and methodology to Salesforce projectsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ implementation.Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet business needs, ensuring the system aligns with company goals and objectives.Hands-on pricing strategies, discounting rules, and product bundling within Salesforce CPQ.Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce CPQ configurations, processes, and workflows.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist) are a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
