The Role

As an
RCM Associate Manager/ Manager

, you will:

  • Own the project delivery for assigned customers across various process areas within the RCM cycle, including EVBV & authorisation, charge entry, payment posting, and AR analysis, AR follow-up and denial management.
  • Hire and build a team of SME & operations team members
  • Define and own SOPs /Process flows for AI agents and the human-in-loop operations
  • Own testing the agents against the defined evaluations and report any issues that arise.

What We're Looking For (Must-Have)

  • 8-10 years in
    US Healthcare RCM

, with strong expertise in Verification of Benefits, AR analysis, AR follow-up, and Denials.
- Minimum 3 years of experience owning the customer delivery end-to-end
- Minimum 3 years of
hands-on AR calling experience

.
- Expiring of hiring and building a team
- Strong communication skills (written + spoken).
- Curiosity and a
growth mindset

:  interest in automation, AI, and future-ready processes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with billing in DME or Physiotherapy specialities.
  • Exposure to
    automation in billing

or RPA/AI tools.
- HFMA, CPAM, or CCM certifications.
