Responsibilities
All activities related to Banking, Treasury and Insurance are carried out at Regional office.
To perform all activities in Banking, Treasury & Insurance function including timely transfer of funds and proper utilization of excess funds.
Cash Flow statement input preparation & Investment of surplus funds.
To open Letter of Credit and raw material import payment
To arrange for bank guarantee from banks, arrange for surrender to banks after expiry.
Update Forward cover statement & Utilisation hedging statement
Prepare all documents required for CBFS LC payment & working capital borrowing repayment to bank. To plan for fund requirement and redemption of investments timely.
To ensure update/deletion of authorized signatories with banks, KYC document submission, timely arranging advices from banks.
To arrange all input data required for bank facilities renewal
To ensure timely credit of Inwards against exports regularly and arrange proper documents
To prepare all inputs/data related timely renewal of insurance policies including vehicle insurance
To arrange all documents including advices from banks for taking timely GST input eligible credit
To assist for all activities related to Banking, Treasury & Insurance
To maintain and submit data to auditors & IFC audit.
Qualifications
CA with 3-5 years of experience (post completing their CA article ship) in Manufacturing industry or continuous operations industry (preferably)
Diversity candidate will be a plus
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
