Qualifications
CA Qualified
Experience
8+ years of experience (Post CA) including Comprehensive financial planning experience in NBFC / Banking or any Big 4s.
Skill set
Financially astute leader with sound decision making, strategic acumen, process improvement and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
Experience in Planning, Budgeting, forecasting & profitability analysis, and Management Reporting (MIS)
Conversant with Ind-AS applicability in NBFCs
Core Competencies
Self-driven, with a high level of commitment to achieve results strong work ethic.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage ambiguity.
Great team player, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
