About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with extensive experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing business strategies, managing high-value client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in residential/commercial real estate projects.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales executives to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Generate new business opportunities through client networking, channel partners, brokers, and corporate tie-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, negotiations, closures, and documentation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to create effective promotional campaigns.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets in the real estate sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and result orientation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 10–15 years of proven experience in the real estate industry with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
