Job Description:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect with a strong background in TeamCenter and expertise in UFT (Unified Functional Testing) to lead our automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in automation testing, a deep understanding of TeamCenter, and a proven track record of implementing and managing automated testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automation frameworks using UFT for various applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and ensure the seamless integration of TeamCenter into the automation processes.Lead the automation testing efforts, including the planning, scripting, execution, and reporting of automated tests.Identify and resolve issues related to automation scripts, tools, and frameworks.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior automation engineers.Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.Ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, frameworks, and best practices.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8-10 years of experience in automation testing, with a strong focus on UFT.Extensive experience with TeamCenter, including integration and customization.Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, JavaScript, or similar.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of automation engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other automation tools such as Selenium, etc.Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
