Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Accountant located in Chennai. The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, preparing financial statements, and assisting with payroll. Day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the accounting team in various financial tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in managing Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Experience in Invoice Processing and Payroll Management
  • Strong skills in preparing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Compliance with Accounting Standards
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
