Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Rochell Marketing Communications. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, diary management, and clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance skills
- Diary Management proficiency
- Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
